Laser controlled precision sharpening keeps blades sharper longer. Full bolster protects fingers during slicing and dicing. Custom-grained Calabrian olive wood handle is water resistant and antibacterial. 4.5" Handle length. 8" Blade length. Recommend hand wash only.
